Definitions
This agreement is between the Service Provider, Marianna s.n.c. located in Corso Francia 6, Rivoli (To), p.iva. 08485380011 ('WE' and 'US') , and you, the client ('YOU').

General
When you sign up for any service you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the agreement between us. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the service and must not proceed to register. User Agreement, and Disclaimer may be amended, revised, or added to without prior notice of any kind.

The service
We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the Service or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

Governing Law
This Agreement is concluded in Italy. You agree that it will be governed by the laws of Italy and any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be subject to the courts of Italy.

Exclusive Rights
The contents of the Web site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, icons, software, and other Web site content, are the sole property of Marianna s.n.c. and are protected by law. Users agree not to copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, translate, distribute, transmit, reverse engineer, or dissemble any aspect of the Web site, including Web site content, and acknowledge that doing so may lead to civil and/or criminal liability for violations of trademark, copyright, and/or other applicable laws.

Warranties and disclaimer
The Service is distributed on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that this Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We cannot guarantee and does not warrant any specific results from use of the Web site and/or the Services. There may be delays, omissions, and interruptions in the availability of the Service. Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that the Service is provided without any warranties of any kind whatsoever, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge that use of the Service is at your own risk. You acknowledge that the service will make internet connectionts with Eastern Europe countries where Internet tecnologies could have poor quality level. So the video communication may be sometimes unavailable or with poor quality. Other alternative contact methods are available.

Data authenticity
To provide the Services, we purchases services from various providers located within the former Soviet Union. Each provider of services is an independent contractor and we are not responsible for the willful or negligent acts of any service provider or its respective employees, including their failure to deliver services in part or in full. Each service provider is responsible for validating it's own ladies. They are contractually bound to conduct these validation practices in a professional and ethical manner. We take strong measures to eliminate illegal actions of its members and so called 'SCAM' actions.. Since fraud is more frequently linked with the women members, each provider check all ladies' records. Their identity is verified by direct interview, only after positive check their data are published, and they gain access of our services. Anyway, we cannot ascertaining the authenticity of any documentation. We cannot conduct independent complete individual background checks, so we do not assumes no liability as a result of individuals who supply false information. We makes no warranty either express or implied that the information contained within a Member’s profile is truthful and accurate.

Use
The service may only be used for lawful purposes by Members seeking a foreign partner for marriage. You must be twenty-one years of age or over to register as a Member. By registering, you acknowledge that you possess the capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all restrictions defined herein. Members are prohibited from freely exchanging their personal contact information through our services.

Termination of Access to Service
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of theabove mentioned reasons, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your access to all or part of the Service at our sole discretion, and information about you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies. As member, you can cancel any time your membership from the "Cancel membership" section of the website.

Code of Conduct
We reserves the right to remove any Content similar in part or in full to that which is listed below, as well as any Content not mentioned below that is deemed inappropriate. Members who violate this acceptable content policy may be banned from any current and future use of the Services. We may review and delete any messages, photos, profiles, or other material that violates the acceptable content policy as defined herein.

Send Money to Foreign Client
We expressly warns all Members that sending money to any Foreign Client does not guarantee or secure the further development of an existing relationship and could result in significant financial loss. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that could arise as a result, including, but not limited to financial loss and emotional distress.

Refunds.
You specifically acknowledge that we are not obligated to offer a refund on any valid, properly executed order for any Services. When you send a letter and it is transferred to the intended recipient's inbox, this is considered a properly executed order. Letters that go unread or from which you receive no reply are still considered properly executed orders and do not entitle you to a refund.We are not obligated to offer a refund based upon your personal success (or lack thereof) when using the Web site or the Services. Dissatisfaction with the Web site or any Services offered within does not entitle you to a refund. Nor are refunds issued due to your failure to familiarize yourself with the functionality of the Web site, resulting in incorrect use of the Web site. This includes instances such as accidentally sending duplicate emails, or closing a chat session prematurely.

Fees and Payments
To access our services including, but not limited to email messaging, video messagging, instant messaging, live video streaming, live video chat, you must have your account in ACTIVE state that constitutes value received. To do so, you must activate the account for 30 days of uninterrupted service. Some promotional credits came with membership for videochat purposes only. When membership does expire, promo credits are deleted, regular credits are not affected. We DO NOT automatically renew any payments and after 30 days the status goes in INACTIVE state, without loss of any credits. To be able of use our services you must replenish your personal account too, purchasing an amount of personal credits. We don't use the members' credit cards for any unauthorized transactions. For each service we charge the appropriate amount of credits, as specified in the member's private area. Furthermore, you covenant and agree that you will not initiate any cardholder chargebacks in an attempt to secure a refund, as any attempt to do so would constitute a violation of the terms of the purchase. Having acknowledged value received, you hereby agree that any effort to initiate such a chargeback would be a misrepresentation of fact and could be construed as an act of fraud.

Credits Refunds
You specifically acknowledge that the purchase of credits are not refundable.

Privacy
Information such as your name, address, email address, telephone numbers, etc. are not gathered or used by Us or any of our partners. We may share such information in response to any legal processes, such as a court order. Data are created and stored by Us as we configure and maintain customers' service. Examples of these data include your choice of service and logs of your account activity. We can also use cookies to track usage of our website in aggregate.

d) at any time (writing an email at info@incontrare-online.com) you can get the original personal data, the management purposes and mode, the kind of management (if managed by electronic tools), the information about the people who manage the data and the people to whom the personal data can be communicated, the cancellation or modification in anonymous form, the block of the data used in violation of the law, the updating, the correction or the integration and the right to oppose the use of the data.All the data, as it is easy to understand, are essential for the implementation of the activity of management of human relationships. Without your acknowledge the service cannot be available.

e) treatment and maintenance of your personal data in Italy are the responsibility of Marianna snc (Agenzia Matrimoniale Marianna),C.Francia 6, 10098 Rivoli, (To) Italy.
