- Browser Settings
This site is best viewed using Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0 or Mozilla Firefox 1.5 (or better).
If you use pop-up blocking software it needs be disabled or please allow pop-ups for this site to work properly.

MS Internet Explorer users:
Select : tools - pop-up blocker- pop-up blocker settings. In the text box for 'Address of website to allow', enter : www.incontrare-online.com and click 'enter'.

Mozilla Firefox users:
Select : Tools - Options. In the upper section, near the checkbox 'block popup window', click on 'Exceptions'.
In the window : 'address of alloweb websites', add : www.incontrare-online.com and click 'allow'.

Others : By default JavaScript, Meta Refresh and IFRAMEs are enabled upon all browser installation. If you experience difficulties working with this site, please contac us.

- Registration
For register your profile, just follow the link 'Register' and enter your email address. A valid email address is required to receive your password. Your email address is for Internal Use Only and will not show in your profile. Warning : we are experiencing delays and troubles in delivering mail to yahoo.com addresses. If you hold a Yahoo account, for safety reasons we suggest you to get a new email from other free providers.

- Control panel login
After succesfully complete the registration, you can access your own control-panel with this link : 'Login'. In the form, insert your email and the password received. If you forgot your password, click the link 'forgot password' and we send it again to your email address.

- The Active (Gold) membership
To access our services including, but not limited to email messaging, video messagging, instant messaging, live video streaming, live video chat, you must have your account in ACTIVE state. To do so, you must activate the account for 30 days of uninterrupted service and receive 32 credits for videochat purposes. We DO NOT automatically renew any payments and after 30 days the status goes in INACTIVE state, without loss of standard credits, promo credits are deleted when membership expires.. If you would like to contact the ladies (in all available ways), join for an Active membership (30 days) and buy some credits online. We accept PayPal : it's a safe and fast way for online purchasing.

- Credits purchase
To be able of use our services you must replenish your personal account too, purchasing an amount (100 as usual) of personal credits. We don't use the members' credit cards for any unauthorized transactions. For each service we charge the appropriate amount of credits, as specified in the member's private area. Your available credits are always udated in your control panel stats.

- Data Update and Photo upload
If you would like to update your profile data (i.e. if you change your email address), or you need to upload your personal picture, you can access this option, if your membership is in 'Active' state.. The dimension of your photos must be no under 200K in file size. We require this size restrictions to keep the overall look of the site intact. Also, your photo must be in .jpg format.

- Search Box
In the Search Box you can set some search criteria for match your best profiles. Will be shown all the matching profiles, with data and pictures. In each profile, will be highlighted the 'online' status of the lady. The display order follow the status : first all the online ladies, the all others. If the lady is 'online' she is available now for videochat. Anyway, if you send an email or a videomail, the girls will receive that messages later. If you like that girl, you can select and store in your 'bookmarks'. If you would like to book an online meeting with this lady (Videochat purposes), you can do it clicking the link 'Request for an Online Dating' (see relative help chapter).

- Videochat
If the lady is 'online' she is available now for begin a new videochat. You need a membership in 'Active' state and a minimum of credits available in the account. Clicking the link 'videochat', a new window will be open (you must have the popup blocker disabled in your browser, see Browser settings) and asked for the acknowledgement of access to your webcam and microphone (if available). In the girl's Pc, the same window is shown, when she accept the videochat can start.
Warning : If you do not see the picture of the girl (message 'no picture available'), you must click the red cross on the lady's webcam symbol.
So, the client see the girl and read all her messages, if the client has a webcam connected, the girl can watch the client in the same way.
For send a text message simply type in the chat window and click 'send' button in the right side of the panel. The lady will receive the message in real-time and can reply as a normal chat. Closing the window the session is terminated. In a small window the client can see in real-time the credits deducted from the account.

- Request for online Dating
A client can set a request for meet online a lady for a specified day and time (videochat purposes).
The relative link is present in each lady's profile.
When the client choose a meeting the lady will be notified with an email, she can confirm or reject the request of online meeting. If she accepts the date, the client will be notified with an email (of course the girl will be present online at the day and time. If not, for some reason, we will notify the client in advance if possible).
The client will be deducted of credits for setup the meeting and if the meeting is confirmed.

- Send-receive messages
From the girl's profile, click the link 'send email' and a new window with the message box is open up. Insert the message for that girl and click 'send', the text will be sent to the lady who is e-mailed for alert. When she receive and read the message she can reply with a new one. The client will see onto his control panel the updated number of received messages to be opened (in red). Going into the mailbox section, he will see the complete status of all messages sent and received to and from all the girls. When a new message is available, a clickable link for reading is updated. Every time a new message is available, an email alert has sent in the client personal email address. The right number of credits is deducted from the balance both for send and open messages.

- Send-receive pictures
From the girl's profile, click the link 'send photo' and a new window with the description text box and upload link is open up. Insert the description and select the picture to be sent directly from your Pc. Then click 'Send photo'. Picture and text will be sent to the lady who is e-mailed for alert. When she receive and open the message she can reply with a new picture. The client will see onto his control panel the updated number of received pictures to be opened (in red). Going into the photo section, he will see the complete status of all photo sent and received to and from all the girls. When a new one is available, a clickable link for open is updated. When ready, a thumbnail is displayed on the right side of the table, with a link to see the enlarged one. Every time a new picture is available, an email alert has sent in the client personal email address. The right number of credits is deducted from the balance both for send and open pics.

- Send-receive Videomessages

From the girl's profile, click the link 'send Videomessage' and a new window with the videomessages list is open up. If the client would like to register a new clip, just click the link 'record a new video'. In the new window, he can begin the recording of a clip from the pc's webcam (30 sec.). When finish, he can title the clip and store it. A test play is available (green arrow) and a cancel option (rex cross) too. If the window is closed the new recorded clip is available for use.
Clicking 'send' the video will be sent to the lady who is e-mailed for alert. When she receive and read the message she can reply with a new video-message.
The client will see on his control panel the updated number of received videomessages to be opened (in red). Going into the videobox section, he will see the complete status of all videomessages sent and received to and from all the girls. When a new videomessage is available, a clickable link for opening is updated. Every time a new videomessage is available, an email alert has sent in the client personal email address. The right number of credits is deducted from the balance both for send and open clips.

- Admirer messages
All the ladies can see the client's profiles with pictures and, if they are interested in a correspondance, can send a so called 'admirer message'.
In other words, the admirer messages are text messages where the girl can tell something more abour herself and something more about the interest about the client. He can see a list of all this messages in the appropriate section called 'Admirer', with all details of messages specified (i.e. who is the sender girl). The client is free to accept or reject the opening of the message. The right number of credits is deducted from the balance only if the message is open. After that, client and lady are free to begin a corrispondance or not, videochat, email etc.

- Mailbox, Videobox, Videochatbox, Admirer
These are the log areas where the history of the communications are stored and from where the client can manage all the relations (i.e. avoid double messages, control over the correspondance etc).

- Bookmarks
In this field are stored all the preferred profiles. To store a lady profile in this database, the client can click the link 'Add to bookmark' in the lady's profile. Following the link 'Remove', the lady is removed from this list.

- Schedules
All scheduled online events of the girls are listed in this section. Near the nickname of the girl the clients can see date and time of her online scheduled presence. These data are inserted from the ladies herself.
